目前,油田的开采中后期,地层压力逐步降低,自喷能力逐步下降。为了提高油田产能,必须使用举升设备进行机械采油,而有杆泵抽油机井是机械采油的主力军。但抽油机井井内的油管和抽油杆因长期受到高温高压、介质腐蚀、含砂含气、地层压力、生产压差、油水腐蚀等,并且需要连续工作,工作条件比较恶劣,会造成井内的管杆疲劳,容易断脱。针对机械采油井中抽油机井出现的杆断问题,分析原因,采取措施并制作应用了小革新,能够提高因杆断而上措施的检抽油机井的工作效率,提高油井的利用率,增大油田产能,降低员工劳动强度,增加施工安全系数,减少环境污染,为油田的生产建设尽心尽力。

Aiming at the problem of rod breakage in pumping wells in mechanical oil production wells, the paper analyzes the reasons, takes measures and makes a small innovation to improve the working efficiency of oil pumping well due to rod breakage measures, improve the utilization ratio of oil wells and increase Oilfield production capacity, reduce labor intensity, increase construction safety factor, reduce environmental pollution, dedication to the oil production and construction.
