应对全球经济下滑趋势,主动为国家承担更多的社会责任。南方电网公司1月21日对外宣称,公司计划在2009年完成固定资产投资1,025亿元人民币,其中将880亿元用于电网建设项目,资金投入规模较去年增长83%,从而刺激电网相关行业的经济发展。在此形势下加大工程管理力度就是今年南方电网公司工作重点之一。本文笔者从审计的角度对电网建设项目程序管理的一些问题与见解进行了理论与实践上论述,希望可以为电网建设项目管理人员的工作提供借鉴和参考。
To cope with the global economic downturn, take the initiative to assume more social responsibility for the country. China Southern Power Grid Corporation announced on January 21 that it plans to complete its investment in fixed assets by 102.5 billion yuan in 2009, of which 88 billion yuan will be used for power grid construction projects and the capital investment will increase by 83% over the previous year, thus stimulating the power grid-related industries economic development.
