泉州市实施中小河流治理工程取得显著的经济、社会和生态效益,做好建后管护并长期发挥效益已成为中小河流治理工程建成后面临的重要问题。该文以永春县桃溪流域城区段(石鼓桥至鸿安桥)和南安市诗溪为例,探索中小河流治理工程建后管护工作,推出购买社会服务、实行物业化管理和以奖代补等建后管护措施,以实现工程良性运行和可持续发展。
