超声弹性成像技术在乳腺良恶性包块中的诊断价值

目的探讨超声弹性成像技术在乳腺良恶性包块中的诊断价值。方法选择接受手术治疗的乳腺疾病患者85例为研究对象,共93个乳腺包块,均接受超声弹性成像检查,所有乳腺包块样本于术后进行病理检查,比较超声弹性成像对乳腺包块的敏感性、特异性和准确性。结果 93个乳腺包块中病理证实为良性包块62个,恶性包块31个。弹性成像诊断为良性包块55个,恶性包块38个。弹性成像对乳腺包块诊断为良恶性的敏感度为90.3%,特异度80.8%,准确性为86.0%。结论弹性成像技术在乳腺良恶性包块鉴别诊断中有较高的诊断准确率及敏感性,特别是部分边界不清、形态不规则包块的良恶性鉴别诊断具有极高的参考价值。 Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of ultrasonic elastography in benign and malignant breast mass. Methods Eighty-five patients with breast diseases undergoing surgery were enrolled in this study. A total of 93 breast masses were enrolled in this study. All of them were examined by ultrasound elastography. All breast masses were examined postoperatively. Ultrasound elastography was performed on breast masses Sensitivity, specificity and accuracy. Results The pathological findings of 93 breast masses were 62 benign masses and 31 malignant masses. Elastic imaging diagnosis of benign mass 55, 38 malignant mass. Elastic imaging of breast masses on the diagnosis of benign and malignant sensitivity was 90.3%, specificity 80.8%, accuracy of 86.0%. Conclusion Elastography has high diagnostic accuracy and sensitivity in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast masses, especially the unclear boundary and the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant masses with irregular mass.
