目的研究儿童青少年血压水平与血脂各组分的相关关系,为心血管病的早期预防和干预提供依据。方法采用多阶段分层整群抽样,最终确定2 009名7~17岁学生作为研究对象,按照不同性别分组,分析血压水平与血脂各组分的相关关系。结果 Pearson相关分析显示,研究对象的血压水平与TG、TG/HDL-C、TC/HDL-C、non-HDL-C/HDL-C呈正相关(P<0.05)。TC除了与女童SBP不相关外(P>0.05),与男童的SBP和DBP以及女童的DBP呈正相关(P<0.05),TC/HDL-C与男女童的血压水平都呈正相关(P<0.05)。HDL-C除了与女童的DBP不相关外(P>0.05),与男童的SBP和DBP以及女童的SBP呈负相关(P<0.05)。逐步回归分析显示,男童的SBP水平与TG、non-HDLC、TG/HDL-C、non-HDL-C/HDL-C呈显著相关(P<0.05),而DBP水平只与HDL-C呈显著相关(P<0.05)。女童的DBP水平与TG、TG/HDL-C、LDL-C/HDL-C、non-HDL-C呈显著相关(P<0.05),而SBP水平只与HDL-C呈显著相关(P<0.05)。结论儿童青少年的血压水平与血脂各组分呈现一定的相关关系,并且基于性别不同,相关程度表现出不同差异。
Objective To study the relationship between blood pressure and lipid components of children and adolescents, and provide the basis for early prevention and intervention of cardiovascular disease. Methods A multi-stage stratified cluster sampling was used to determine the number of students aged 7-17 years from 2 009 subjects. The relationship between blood pressure and blood lipid components was analyzed according to gender. Results Pearson correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between blood pressure and TG, TG / HDL-C, TC / HDL-C and non-HDL-C / HDL-C in the study subjects (P <0.05). TC was positively correlated with SBP and DBP in boys and DBP in girls (P <0.05), TC / HDL-C was positively correlated with boys and girls (P < 0.05). HDL-C was negatively correlated with SBP and DBP in boys and SBP in girls (P <0.05) except for DBP unrelated to girls (P> 0.05). Stepwise regression analysis showed that the SBP level was significantly correlated with TG, non-HDLC, TG / HDL-C and non-HDL-C / HDL-C in boys Significantly related (P <0.05). The level of DBP in girls was significantly correlated with TG, TG / HDL-C, LDL-C / HDL-C and non-HDL-C ). Conclusion The levels of blood pressure in children and adolescents have some correlation with the components of blood lipids, and the correlations show different differences based on different sexes.
