目的探讨跟骨定量超声(QUS)参数与股骨近端特定区域骨密度的相关性。方法连续纳入34例患股骨颈骨折行髋关节置换的老年女性,行跟骨定量超声、髋部双能X线检测(DXA),探讨上述检测结果相关程度。结果根据DXA检测患者髋部骨密度(BMD)T值显示,骨质疏松患者13例(T≤-2.5),跟骨骨密度(Est.BMD)与股骨转子间BMD呈现正相关(r=0.355,P<0.05);跟骨超声振幅衰减平均值(BUA)与股骨转子间BMD呈现正相关(r=0.450,P<0.01)。结论跟骨定量超声检测参数与股骨近端特定区域股骨转子间BMD存在相关性,对骨质疏松特定区域的骨量的评价及骨折风险预测有一定参考价值。
Objective To investigate the relationship between quantitative ultrasound (QUS) parameters and bone mineral density in the proximal femur. Methods A total of 34 elderly women with femoral neck fractures undergoing hip arthroplasty were enrolled in this study. Quantitative ultrasound of calcaneus and DXA of hip were performed to investigate the correlation between these results. Results T-scores of bone mineral density (BMD) measured by DXA in patients with osteoporosis showed that there were 13 patients with osteoporosis (T≤-2.5), BMD of interosseous BMD (r = 0.355 , P <0.05). There was a positive correlation between BUA and femoral BMD (r = 0.450, P <0.01). Conclusions There is a correlation between the parameters of calcaneal quantitative ultrasound and femoral intertrochanteral BMD in the proximal femur. It is of certain reference value for the evaluation of bone mass in specific area of osteoporosis and fracture risk prediction.
