This article analyzes the statistics of 238 low birth weight infants (LBWI) in the management of frail children during 1995-1999 in our child care outpatient clinic, aiming to find intervention measures to improve the quality of perinatal care and the healthy growth of children. 1 Materials and Methods The data were obtained from the registration of the project management clinics of the live birth children with a birth weight of ≤ 2 500 g that were administered by the hospital from 1995 to 1999.
