摘要目的比较横断面及斜横断面MR关节成像及CT关节成像,评估舟月韧带和月三角骨间韧带背侧和掌侧部。方法将5名男性的9只腕关节尸体标本纳入研究。基于MR及CT关节成像,将舟月韧带和月三角骨间韧带背侧和掌侧部的可见性进行半定量分级(好、中、差)。以关节镜结果作为金标准,计算MR及CT关节成像检出韧带撕裂的敏感度、特异度和准确度。结果 MR关节成像斜横断面影像显示月三角骨间韧带背侧和掌侧部特别有优势,韧带显示良好的比例由11%提高到78%。使用斜横断面MR及CT关节成像,显示舟月韧带和月三角骨间韧带的准确度更高。CT关节成像检出
Abstract Objective To compare the transverse and oblique MR imaging and CT joint imaging to evaluate the dorsal and palmar lateral of the intercostal ligament of the scapholunate and the lunar triangle. Methods Five male cadaver specimens were included in the study. Based on MR and CT joint imaging, semi-quantitative grading (good, medium and poor) was made of the visibility of the dorsal and palmar sides of the intercostal ligaments of the lunar month and the lunar triangle. With arthroscopy as the gold standard, the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of MR and CT arthroscopy in detecting ligament tears were calculated. Results MR joint imaging oblique cross-sectional images showed a particularly superior dorsal and palmar aspect of the interosseous interosseous ligaments with a good ratio of ligaments from 11% to 78%. The use of oblique cross-sectional MR and CT arthroscopy showed that the accuracy of the scapholunate and lunar interosseous ligaments was higher. CT joint imaging was detected
