会计管理在建筑施工企业各项管理中发挥着极其重要的作用,它能够快速地向建筑施工企业管理者提供财务信息,反映最新的施工企业状况,使管理者有效地掌控企业的管理成本。本文主要论述了建筑施工企业会计管理的基本现状,通过分析建筑施工企业会计管理中存在的问题,提出了一系列的对策,使建筑施工企业的会计管理有了新的方向。
Accounting management plays an extremely important role in the management of construction enterprises. It can quickly provide financial information to the managers of construction enterprises, reflect the latest status of construction enterprises, and enable them to effectively control the management costs of enterprises. This paper mainly discusses the basic status quo of the accounting management of construction enterprises.
