现在的学生受社会、家庭、学校等各种因素的影响,其性格、情感、意志等有了很大的差异,从而导致现在学生分化严重,学困生的比重进一步加剧。在新课标下,提倡素质教育,重视学生全面发展,重视大面积提高教育质量的今天,广大教师应当更新观念,重视学困生、爱护学困生、研究学困生。掌握学困生的成因,发现其规律,从而采取相应的措施是转化学困生的根本途径,也是全面提高学生素质的重点和根本。而关注学困生的非智力因素,重视学困生的非智力因素,将是学困生转化的根本和关键。
Nowadays, the students are greatly influenced by various factors such as society, families and schools, and their personalities, emotions, and wills are greatly different. As a result, the current students are seriously divided and their proportion of students with learning difficulties worsens. Under the new curriculum standard, to promote quality education, pay attention to students’ all-round development and pay attention to large-scale and high-quality education today, the majority of teachers should update their concepts, attach great importance to students who are poor students, love students who are poor students, and study hardship students. Grasping the causes of poor students and discovering their rules, so that the corresponding measures is the fundamental way to transform students who are poor students, but also the key and fundamental to improve the overall quality of students. Concerning the non-intellectual factors of poor students and paying attention to the non-intellectual factors of poor students, it will be the fundamental and key to transformation of students with learning difficulties.
