库存管理是企业经营管理的重要组成。随着ERP系统在企业的应用和升级,物资管理理念的不断更新,集团化采购成为物资采购的主要方式,库存管理更是成为失去采购权限的物资部门的最主要和最重要的工作。本文分析了ERP应用企业库存管理中存在的问题,提出了降库存、减积压、加强管理的具体对策,强调了优化库存结构、强化库存管理是一项长期性工作的观点。
Inventory management is an important part of business management. With the application and upgrading of ERP system in enterprises and the continuous updating of the concept of material management, group purchasing becomes the main mode of material procurement. Inventory management becomes the most important and important work in materials departments that lose purchasing authority. This paper analyzes the existing problems in ERP application enterprise inventory management, puts forward specific countermeasures to reduce inventory, reduce backlog and strengthen management. It emphasizes that it is a long-term work to optimize inventory structure and strengthen inventory management.
