《国务院办公厅转发国家税务总局关于调整国家税务局、地方税务局税收征管范围意见的通知》(国办发[1996]4号)已翻印下发各地。为贯彻执行国办发[1996]4号文件,根据省政府领导意见,结合我省实际情况,提出以下两点要求,同时将《国家税务总局关于调整国家税务局、地方税务局税收征管范围若干具体问题的通知》(国税发[1996]37号)印发给你们,请一并认真贯彻执行。
“Notice of the General Office of the State Council forwarded the Opinions of the State Administration of Taxation on Adjusting the Scope of Tax Collection and Administration of the State Administration of Taxation and Local Taxation Administration” (Guo Ban Fa [1996] No. 4) has been promulgated and distributed. In order to implement the document No. 4 [1996] of the State Council, according to the opinions of the leaders of the provincial government and the actual conditions in our province, the following two requirements were put forward. At the same time, the "State Administration of Taxation on Adjusting the Scope of Tax Collection for the State Administration of Taxation and the Local Taxation Bureau (Guo Shui Fa [1996] No. 37) issued to you, please conscientiously implement them together.
