“学而不思则罔,思而不学则殆。”这句至理名言对教育教学有着深刻的指导意义。叶澜教授也说过:“一个教师写一辈子教案不一定成为名师,如果一个教师写三年反思则可能成为名师。”这些都充分点明了反思的重要性。我想:教学反思是教学的升华。一个有事业心和使命感的教师,更应体会到“优秀教师=教学过程+反思”和“经验+反思=成长”这两个公式的真谛。而我,是在一节校公开课上深刻地体会到了其中的奥妙的。我教学的是一篇文字优美、充满趣味的课文──《林中乐队》。课前,我充分准备,设计出精巧的教学方案。为
