男,30小时,因气促、紫绀并逐渐加重24小时以吸入性肺炎、呼吸窘迫综合征住院。足月顺产,新法接生,出生时哭声大,无窒息、紫绀。生后约5小时吸奶一次,无呛咳,安静入睡。生后约6小时出现呼吸困难、紫绀,并逐渐加重,当时未治疗。病中无发热、咳嗽,无尖叫、抽搐。母妊娠史正常,无疾病及服药史。本次妊娠羊水清亮,无早期破水。
Male, 30 hours, due to shortness of breath, cyanosis and gradually increased 24 hours to aspiration pneumonia, respiratory distress syndrome hospitalization. Full-term spontaneous abortion, the new law birth, cries at birth, no suffocation, cyanosis. About 5 hours after birth, suck milk once, no choking, quiet sleep. About 6 hours after birth, dyspnea, cyanosis, and gradually increased, was not treated. No fever in the disease, cough, no screaming, convulsions. The mother’s pregnancy history is normal, no disease and medication history. The amniotic fluid of this pregnancy is clear, no early broken water.
