加强对党员的先锋队意识教育,在新的历史条件下显得尤其重要。先锋队意识集中体现了执政党党员应有的基本素质,反映了执政党对党员的严格要求,凝聚着人民群众对党员的殷切期望。党员的先锋队意识不是空的,而是有具体内容的,它主要体现在以下观念上:为实现崇高理想而奋斗终身的角色观念。实现共产主义是我们共产党人的奋斗目标。广大共产党员都应为之孜孜以求,百折不挠,奋斗终生。
Strengthening the awareness of the vanguard education of party members is particularly important under the new historical conditions. The Vanguard’s sense of concentration embodies the basic qualities that party members in the ruling party should have, reflects the strict demands of the ruling party on party members and embodies the people’s expectation of party members. The vanguard consciousness of party members is not empty but has concrete content. It mainly manifests in the following concepts: the concept of a person who strives for a lifelong goal of realizing lofty ideals. Realization of communism is the goal of our Communists. The majority of communists should work hard to persevere in their perseverance and struggle for life.
