经常看到“热烈欢迎各级领导莅临检查”的标语,在各种各样的检查中,有的领导查实情,找问题,出对策,基层真诚地欢迎;有的领导哼哼哈哈,草率了事,基层白忙一场;有的领导不懂装懂,指手画脚,基层不胜其烦。作为省直机关的一名党员干部,值此群众路线教育之际,真切反思之后我深刻认识到,工作态度和工作能力是很重要的问题,密切联系群众是提升自我素养的重要途径。

Closely contacting the masses is an important way to enhance self-literacy.
