同志们: 《机械管理开发》杂志创刊10年来,走出了一条“依托企业、联合办刊、自主经营、自负盈亏、办刊为主、多项服务”的路子,实行了董事会领导下的主编负责制的领导体制,多次受到全国各级领导的表彰,1995年又被中共山西省委宣传部、山西省新闻出版局、山西省科委评为一级期刊,这是杂志社全体同志深化改革、开拓创新、艰苦创业的结果。为此,我代表省政府对大家10年来的辛勤工作表示衷心的感谢！对10年来取得的成果表示热烈的祝贺！ 我省机械工业已有近百年的发展历史,经过几个五年计划的建设和调整,现已发展成为我省重要的支柱产业。特别是党的十一届三中全会以来,我省机械工业的面貌发生了很大变化,已经形成了相当的生产实力,产业规模进一步发展,生产技术水平有了很大提高。进一步加强机械工业的管理和开发是挖掘我省经济发展潜力,提高我省经济增长的质量和效益的重要途径。希望机械管理开发杂志社进一步深化改革,结合我省机械工业发展现状和省党代会提出的“九五”及2010年发展规划的建议,进一步研究探索我省机械工业发展的现实途径,为实现兴晋富民的目标做出新的贡献。

Warm congratulations on the achievements made in 10 years! The machinery industry in our province has a history of nearly a hundred years. After the construction and adjustment of several five-year plans, it has now become an important pillar industry in our province. Especially since the Third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee, the outlook of the machinery industry in our province has undergone great changes. It has formed a considerable production strength. The industrial scale has been further developed and the technical level of production has been greatly improved. To further strengthen the management and development of the machinery industry is an important way to tap the potential of economic development in our province and improve the quality and efficiency of economic growth in our province. I hope to further deepen the reform of machinery management and development magazine, combined with the development of machinery industry in our province and the provincial party congress put forward the “Ninth Five-Year Plan” and the 2010 development plan to further explore the practical ways to explore the province’s machinery industry in order to achieve Xing Jin Fumin’s goal to make new contributions.
