98例糖尿病周围神经病变患者,随机分为治疗组50例和对照组48例。治疗组以达士明0.5g,每日3次口服;对照组以甲钴胺片0.5mg加维生素B1片10mg,每日3次口服。疗程均为60天,期间基础治疗(降糖药物、降压及调脂药物、饮食等)与治疗前保持不变。结果治疗组显效19例(38%),有效28例(56%),总有效率94%,明显优于对照组的62.5%(P<0.01)。结论达士明可有效缓解DPN患者症状、体征,提高周围神经传导速度。
98 cases of diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients were randomly divided into treatment group 50 cases and control group 48 cases. The treatment group with da Shiming 0.5g, 3 times a day orally; control group with mecobalamin 0.5mg plus vitamin B1 tablets 10mg orally three times daily. The course of treatment was 60 days, during which the basic treatment (hypoglycemic drugs, antihypertensive and lipid-lowering drugs, diet, etc.) remained unchanged before treatment. Results The effective rate of treatment group was 19 cases (38%), effective rate was 28 (56%), the total effective rate was 94%, which was significantly better than that of the control group (62.5%, P <0.01). Conclusion Damien can effectively relieve the symptoms and signs of DPN patients and improve peripheral nerve conduction velocity.
