目的为持续实现消除碘缺乏病目标,掌握居民户合格碘盐食用率,及时发现干预工作中存在的问题,把综合干预措施落实到位。方法将全县19个乡镇按地理位置分东、西、南、北、中五片,从每一片区中随机抽取1个乡(镇)作为被查乡镇,在被抽取的乡(镇)中按照距乡镇卫生附近及5km以外各随机抽取2个行政村(居委会);被抽取的行政村(居委会)随机采集15个居民户的盐样≥50g,现场对采集的盐样进行半定量检测,剩余盐样按规定运送县疾病预防控制中心实验室进行定量测定盐中碘含量,盐碘含量检测按照国标GB/T13025.7-1999中直接滴定法进行定量测定。结果共采集居民户盐样300份,实验室定量测定300份,合格碘盐289份,其中不合格碘盐计9份,非碘盐计2份;碘盐覆盖率达99.33%,碘盐合格率达96.98%,居民户合格碘盐食用率达96.33%,非碘盐达0.67%。结论该县居民户合格碘盐食用率达96.33%,略高于消除碘缺乏病目标要求的合格碘盐食用率标准,保证了消除碘缺乏病目标的持续实现。
Objective To continuously achieve the goal of eliminating iodine deficiency disorders, to master the household consumption of qualified iodized salt, and timely detection of problems in the intervention, the comprehensive interventions put in place. Methods Nineteen villages and towns in the county were divided into five parts: east, west, south, north and middle. According to the geographical location, a township (town) was randomly selected from each area as the investigated township, Two administrative villages (neighborhood committees) were randomly selected from the township health area and 5km away from each other. The sampled administrative villages (neighborhood committees) randomly collected salt samples of 15 households ≥50g. The collected salt samples were semi-quantitatively detected on site, The remaining salt samples transported by the county CDC laboratory quantitative determination of iodine content in salt, salt iodine content in accordance with national standard GB / T13025.7-1999 direct titration method for quantitative determination. Results A total of 300 samples of salt samples were collected from households, 300 in laboratory and 289 in qualified iodized salt samples, including 9 unqualified iodized salt meters and 2 non-iodized salt meters. The iodized salt coverage rate reached 99.33% The rate of 96.98%, household iodized salt consumption rate of 96.33%, non-iodized salt of 0.67%. Conclusion The qualified iodine salt consumption rate in this county is 96.33%, which is slightly higher than the standard of qualified iodized salt for elimination of the target of iodine deficiency deficiency disease, ensuring the goal of eliminating iodine deficiency deficiency continued to be achieved.
