目的观察旋毛虫感染小鼠后,幼虫在鼠体内的发育、分布及密度上的差异,以及外周血细胞动态变化。方法在小鼠感染旋毛虫后第21d、28d、35d、42d解剖,观察鼠体各组织内幼虫的发育,分布以及密度。采集血液进行细胞计数。结果旋毛虫幼虫在鼠体的分布和密度有一定差异,但以膈肌和咬肌中的密度为高。小鼠外周血中性粒细胞及淋巴细胞于第14d后逐渐上升趋势,21d、28d达高峰,后逐渐下降。中性粒细胞比例高于对照组,而淋巴细胞低于对照组。结论研究结果显示,一定数量旋毛虫幼虫感染适宜于旋毛虫保种,感染旋毛虫小鼠外周血细胞的变化与宿主免疫现象有一定的关系。
Objective To observe the development, distribution and density differences of larvae in mice infected with Trichinella spiralis and the dynamic changes of peripheral blood cells. Methods The mice were infected with Trichinella at 21d, 28d, 35d and 42d after dissection to observe the development, distribution and density of the larvae in the tissues of mice. Collect blood for cell counting. Results The distribution and density of Trichinella spiralis larvae in the mouse body are different, but the density in the diaphragm and masseter muscle is high. Peripheral blood neutrophils and lymphocytes in mice gradually increased after 14d, reaching the peak on 21d and 28d, then decreased gradually. The proportion of neutrophils was higher than the control group, while the lymphocytes were lower than the control group. Conclusion The results show that a certain number of Trichinella larvae infections are suitable for Trichinella spiralis infection and that the changes of peripheral blood cells in mice infected with Trichinella spiralis are related to the host immune phenomenon.
