学习策略源于语言学习者的认知学习过程,包括学习者为规范其语言学习所采用的计划、监测和评估等活动。许多研究证明学习策略对自主学习有显著影响,学习策略的培训是提高学习者自主学习能力的有效途径。遵循《大学英语课程教学要求》,当前国内大学英语教学十分注重学习者自主学习能力的培养。本文全面阐述学习策略和自主学习之间的相互关系,以期对大学英语教学改革有所启迪。
Learning strategies originate from the process of cognitive learning of language learners, including the planning, monitoring and evaluation of learners to regulate their language learning. Many studies have proved that learning strategies have a significant impact on autonomous learning, and learning strategy training is an effective way to improve learners’ autonomous learning ability. Follow the “College English Curriculum Requirements”, the current domestic college English teaching attaches great importance to the cultivation of learner self-learning ability. This article elaborates the interrelationship between learning strategies and autonomous learning in order to give some inspiration to the reform of college English teaching.
