十八届五中全会于10月26日至29日在北京举行,全会提出了共享发展的新理念,要让全体人民在共建共享中有更多获得感。共享理念下的“十三五”规划,将给百姓带来哪些看得见的实惠?困难学生高中学杂费将免除逐步分类推进中等职业教育免除学杂费,率先从建档立卡的家庭经济困难学生实施普通高中免除学杂费,实现家庭经济困难学生资助全覆盖。
The Fifth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee is held in Beijing from October 26 to 29, and the plenum sets forth a new concept of shared development so that all people will have more sense of gain in the process of building a common prosperity. Under the concept of sharing, what kind of benefits can be brought to people? High school tuition fees for high school students will be exempted from gradual classification. Secondary vocational education will be exempted from tuition and miscellaneous fees. Students from economically disadvantaged schools will be exempted from tuition and miscellaneous fees by ordinary senior high schools to achieve the full coverage of financial aid for students from poor families.
