东北是我国的粮仓,也是淡水资源较为丰富的地区。在当前农业及农村经济结构调整大潮中,东北地区如何抢抓机遇,发挥特有的水域资源优势,加大资源开发力度,做强做大水产养殖业,谋求渔业新的发展?带着这个问题,7月7日-12日,农业部渔业局李健华局长一行三人赴黑龙江、吉林两省对水产养殖业发展进行了为期五天的调研。
