目的 :探讨利用气道内介入技术治疗食道癌致气道狭窄的可行性。方法 :利用气道内支架治疗外压性和放射性损伤引起气道狭窄者 ;利用激光消融技术治疗食道癌转移到气道腔内引起狭窄者。结果 :气道狭窄部位内径明显增大 ,患者气促分级降低 ,动脉血气分析PaO2 提高、PaCO2 恢复 ;支架置入后 ,坏死组织或肉芽组织增生引起气道再狭窄 ,激光治疗有效。结论 :气道内支架和激光治疗技术可有效地治疗食道癌引起的气道狭窄
Objective: To explore the feasibility of using airway interventional technology to treat airway stenosis caused by esophageal cancer. METHODS: Airway stents were used to treat patients with airway stenosis caused by external pressure and radiation injury. Laser ablation techniques were used to treat patients with esophageal cancer that were transferred to the airway cavity and caused stenosis. RESULTS: The diameter of airway stenosis site was significantly increased, the patient’s airway grading was reduced, arterial blood gas analysis increased PaO2, and PaCO2 recovery. After stenting, necrotic tissue or granulation tissue proliferation caused airway restenosis, and laser treatment was effective. Conclusion: Airway stenting and laser treatment can effectively treat airway stenosis caused by esophageal cancer
