本文报告神经肌肉疾病患者的血清肌红蛋白(Mb)放射免疫测定的结果,发现假肥大型肌营养不良症全部Mb值升高,面肩肱型、肢带型肌营养不良症及神经原性疾病Mb值升高的例数分别为4/6、6/9及3/11,故该项测定对鉴别肌原性和神经原性病变具有一定的价值。作者尚将Mb与血清CPK、LDH二项生化指标进行了比较,从中发现Mb在诊断神经肌肉疾病方面具有与CPK同等的价值,而Mb明显优于LDH,认为上述诸项联合测定可以提高检出率。
This article reports the results of a serum myoglobin (Mb) radioimmunoassay in patients with neuromuscular disorders and found that all Mb values for PMSD increased, and that of the face and shoulder humerus, limb muscular dystrophy and neurogenic The number of cases with elevated Mb values was 4/6, 6/9, and 3/11, respectively, and is therefore of value in the identification of myogenic and neurogenic lesions. The authors compared Mb with serum biochemical markers of CPK and LDH, and found that Mb has the same value as CPK in diagnosing neuromuscular diseases, while Mb is significantly superior to LDH, and the combination of the above mentioned measures can improve the detection of Mb rate.
