脑卒中是成人癫痫病一种最主要的致病因,同时脑卒中后癫痫给患者生命和健康有着非常严重的影响和威胁[1-3]。卒中后癫痫疾病对患者的神经功能恢复有着极大的影响,致残率、致死率极高,给患者、家庭及给社会带来重大负担。为了更好的研究和分析脑卒中后癫痫病的发病机理和临床特征以及相应的护理手段,对我院确诊的首次脑卒中后患者600例进行了临床调查和随访,发现继发卒中后癫痫50例,现报道如下。
Stroke is one of the most important causes of adult epilepsy, and epilepsy after stroke has a very serious impact and threat to the life and health of patients [1-3]. Post-stroke epilepsy has a great impact on the recovery of neurological function of patients. The morbidity and mortality are extremely high, posing a heavy burden to patients, families and society. In order to better study and analyze the pathogenesis and clinical features of epilepsy after stroke and its corresponding nursing measures, 600 cases of patients with first-episode stroke diagnosed in our hospital were investigated and followed up. It was found that secondary epilepsy after stroke Cases, are reported below.
