[目的]观察肾综合征出血热(HFRS)病程中肾血流动力学变化,对HFRS临床各期各型早发现、早诊断、早治疗。[方法]应用彩色多普勒超声诊断仪检测171例经血清学证实的HFRS患者病程中肾各级动﹑静脉血流频谱参数与100例正常人对照。[结果]HFRS肾动脉血流频谱在发热期﹑恢复期与正常对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05),少尿期﹑移行期各级肾动脉RI﹑PI明显高于正常组(P﹤0.01),Vmax﹑Vmin在少尿期最低,尤以Vmin降低显著。[结论]HFRS临床各期肾血流动力学变化存在客观规律,对临床实施治疗方案有指导意义,应用价值较高。
[Objective] To observe the changes of renal hemodynamics during the course of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome (HFRS) and to detect, diagnose and treat early and early stages of various types of HFRS. [Methods] The color Doppler ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus was used to detect the arterial and venous blood flow spectrum parameters in 171 patients with serologically confirmed HFRS during the course of the disease and 100 normal controls. [Results] There was no significant difference in HFRS renal artery blood flow spectrum between normal control group and febrile phase and recovery phase (P> 0.05) P <0.01). Vmax ﹑ Vmin was the lowest in oliguria, especially in Vmin. [Conclusion] There is an objective law of the changes of renal hemodynamics in clinical stages of HFRS, which is instructive for clinical implementation of the treatment plan and has high application value.
