回顾高考改革30多年的发展历程,可以说从考试观念、考试制度和考试技术3个方面都有了不同程度的进步。当前的高考改革要走出迷惘困境,同样需要从文化理念、制度政策和技术方法3个维度或层面入手。其中,观念更新是基础,制度创新是关键,技术革新是保证。只有从多个层面进行立体化改革,才有可能从根本上推动高考改革。
Recalling the college entrance examination reform more than 30 years of development history, we can say from the test concept, examination system and examination technology in three aspects have varying degrees of progress. The current college entrance examination reform to get out of confusion, the same need from the cultural ideas, systems and policies and technical methods of three dimensions or level to start. Among them, the concept of updating is the foundation, system innovation is the key, technological innovation is a guarantee. Only from a number of levels of three-dimensional reform, it is possible to fundamentally promote college entrance examination reform.
