1杂交玉米种子供需形势统计分析数据自然灾害黑龙江省制种基地春旱灾情较重,导致全国种子生产减产30%,但由于省内制种面积相比去年增加幅度较大,总体产量依然比去年增加1300万千克,比前年增加2000万千克;甘肃、山西部分基地后期受降雨多、气温低等因素的影响,增大了种子脱水的难度,个别受冻害,影响发芽率。
