针对七叶树种子是温带顽拗性种子、容易失水而影响种子的生命力的特点,采用不同的种子处理方法、育苗方法和遮荫处理对七叶树的播种和育苗技术进行研究,以期提高其种子萌发力和苗木生长质量。结果表明:冷层积处理的种子萌发率最高,可达到80%,高于温室盆播和秋播种子;温室盆播育苗,可以延长幼苗的生长期,其植株高度比大田育苗提高20%左右;50%遮荫显著提高七叶树的幼苗生长质量,75%遮荫使苗木的生长量降低。
Aesculus hippocastanum seeds are temperate recalcitrant seeds, easy to lose water and affect the seed’s vitality characteristics, using different seed treatment methods, seedling methods and shading treatment of horse chestnut sowing and nursery techniques to improve Its seed germination power and seedling growth quality. The results showed that the seed germination rate of cold stratification treatment was the highest, reaching 80%, which was higher than that of greenhouse and autumn seeding. The seedling nursery in greenhouse could prolong the growth period of seedling, and its plant height increased about 20% ; 50% shading significantly improve the quality of the seedlings growth of the Buckeye tree, 75% of the shade so that the growth of seedlings reduced.
