新世纪的到来,开辟了一个知识经济的时代,为贯彻落实江泽民总书记技术创新的号召,加快我省高新技术及产业化的发展步伐,我刊从本期起特别开辟“高新技术及产业化之窗”栏目,旨在探讨我省高新技术及产业化的对策、思路、举措和推介重点项目及企业,展示我省高新技术及产业化发展成果。首期刊载省科技厅副厅长廖小罕撰写的《资本市场和贵州高新技术产业化》一文,该文从高新技术及产业化发展与资本注入的关系进行深层次思考,并提出了一些可行的建议,为推进我省高新技术及产业化的发展进行了有益的探索。
