三、人口教育的课程安排和教学原则 (一) 人口教育的课程安排人口教育的课程同其它课程有所不同,它采用分散结合在相关学科,主要是地理、生物、政治课中进行,同时在高中单独开设人口教育课。国家教委1991年7月19日通知指出:“高中人口教育,自今年秋季开学起,作为必修内容。人口教育试点学校应按照原要求进行教学;非试点学校暂用人民教育出版社编的人口教育教材,选讲有关人口形势、人口问题、人口政策方面的内容,在地理、时事政策课中调剂8课时,开设人口教育讲座。授课前,各地要有计划地对高中人口教育专职或兼职教师进行培训。初中人口教育的常识部分,可结合地理和生理卫生课
