湖南省分行于前不久举行了全辖依法收贷工作经验交流会会上,湘潭、株洲、怀化、岳阳、张家界分行作了专题经验介绍长沙、常德等14个地市分行、省行信贷业处、信贷管理处、分业管理处等行处分别互相交流了运用法律手段清收不良资产和开展法律事务工作的情况,并对在依法收贷中遇到的一些法律问题进行了探讨。会议强调,各地市分行要解放思想,转变观念,在处置破产等保全银行资产工作中,要从中行求生存、求发展
