100多年的闭关锁国导致我国和发达国家在很多方面仍有差距。在全球化的背景下,我国的知识产权备受世界关注,尤其以美国为代表的发达国家。虽然我国知识产权制度发展比较晚,以及我国传统文化中没有知识产权价值观体系,但是近几年来我国知识产权呈线性发展的态势,同时也暴露出了很多问题。本文针对生活中的知识产权现象,近距离看我国知识产权。
For more than 100 years of closed-door policy, there are still many gaps between our country and the developed countries. In the context of globalization, China’s intellectual property has drawn much attention from the world, especially the developed countries represented by the United States. Although the development of our country’s intellectual property system is relatively late and there is no intellectual property value system in our country’s traditional culture, in recent years our country’s intellectual property has been developing linearly. Meanwhile, many problems have also been exposed. This article aims at the phenomenon of intellectual property in life, close look at China’s intellectual property.
