介绍了一个新型轧辊辊型测量系统,用它可以在轧辊磨床上在线测量轧辊的辊型,与传统的马鞍仪、千分尺相比具有如下优点:(1)操作简便。(2)测量速度快,如果用干分尺沿辊身长度测定85个点需要40min,而用这套测量系统仅需2min.(3)测量精度高,如果用千分尺测量辊型最高精度为±0.02mm,而用这套测量系统精度可达±2μm。更为突出的是,该系统可以连续地测得并打印辊型数据,同时绘出很直观的轧辊辊型曲线。
This paper introduces a new measuring system of roll roll, which can be used to measure roll roll shape on roll grinder. Compared with traditional saddle gauge and micrometer, it has the following advantages: (1) It is easy to operate. (2) The measurement speed is very fast. If it takes 40 minutes to measure 85 points along the length of the barrel using a dry micrometer, it takes only 2 minutes to measure with this measuring system. (3) The measurement accuracy is high. If the micrometer is used, 0.02mm, while using this measurement system accuracy of ± 2μm. More importantly, the system continuously measures and prints roll data while plotting very intuitive roller roll profiles.
