日本产Pentax EG 2900电子影象内窥镜,具有彩色成像普拉彩照、资料数据微处理及贮存功能。但在使用中发现所配胃肠电子内窥镜不具电灼电切割功能。遇到这类患者,只好拔出电子影象内窥镜,再次寻找病灶定位,作电灼或电切割治疗。这样增加了病人的痛苦,延长了诊治时间,甚至因纤维内窥镜分辨率较电于内窥镜低而无法进行定位治疗。为此笔者将日本的Olympus PSD-2高频手术装置与日本pentax EG 2900电子影像内窥镜进行配套使用,效果良好。
