蚕豆是世界五大食用类作物之一。日本蚕豆以大粒著称,我国每年从日本引进一定量蚕豆原种供种植,随后生产出的蚕豆再销往日本。在实际生产中,引进的大粒蚕豆原种退化较快,制约了蚕豆的出口生产。通过对日本大粒蚕豆提纯复壮效应的观察,验证经复壮后大粒蚕豆代替进口原种,满足大田生产供种需要的可行性。
Broad bean is one of the world’s top five food crops. Japan is famous for its large grains. China imports a certain amount of broad bean seeds for cultivation from Japan each year, and the beans produced subsequently are exported to Japan. In actual production, the introduction of large-grain broad bean degenerated faster, restricting the export of broad bean production. Through the observation of the purification and rejuvenation effect of the Japanese large grain broad bean, the feasibility of replacing the imported original seed with the large grain broad bean in order to meet the needs of field production and seed supply was verified.
