5号机31—25—7型,制造厂编号第3台,1969年4月5日投产。事故情况,1971年10月1日大修发现第11压力级叶片裂纹51片,裂纹均发生在出汽侧,距叶根35～80毫米,个别120毫米,叶片进汽侧上部30～50毫米,区域水刷成麻面状。第12压力级叶片断6片,有108片叶片距叶根290～300mm范围弯扭变形,裂纹68片,裂纹在进汽侧距叶顶135～140mm区域内(也是水刷严重区域),在出汽侧距叶根60～200mm以内(报告附有事故叶片分布图)最后三级叶片频率变化不大(末级频率是抽测的)。
