笔者于１９９２年夏在石家庄内燃机配件总厂医院工作期间曾遇因青霉素过敏致呼吸循环衰竭而死亡１例，现报道如下。１病例报告 患者，女，４８岁，因咽痛咳嗽５天自服消炎药不缓解就诊。查体：Ｔ３６．５℃，咽部充血，两侧扁桃体Ⅱ度肿大，心率８４次／分，节律规整，两肺未闻
