加强和改进国有股份制企业党的建设,把企业的制度创新优势与党在企业的政治优势有机结合起来,是当前国有股份制企业党组织面对的一个新课题。为解决现代企业制度下党建工作所面临的党组织的角色定位、职能定位、企业党管干部的原则还要不要坚持、党的思想政治工作等方面的问题,必须统一认识,努力探索国有控股企业党组织发挥政治核心作用的有效途径,积极创新党的思想政治工作的方式方法。
