The hominid mandibular remains from the Pleistocene of Java have been controversial since the discovery of Kedung Brubus (Mandible A) in 1890. Now, with several specimens, are they one species, or a mixture of species? What species of hominoid do these fossils represent?What was the fate of these hominoids?
