采用甘氨酸 -硝酸盐法合成 Sr-Co-Fe复合氧化物超细粉体 ,用以制备组成为 Sr Fe Co0 .5O3.2 5+δ(SFC)致密透氧陶瓷膜 .结果表明粉体分散性和烧结性能好 ,残碳量可忽略 ,组成符合给定的化学计量比 .对Sr Fe Co0 .5O3.2 5+δ陶瓷膜材料进行了相结构、微结构、电导和氧渗透性能的研究 ,所获得的 SFC透氧膜材料有较高的氧渗透率 ,并与传统的固相反应法制得的样品进行了比较 .
Sr-Co-Fe composite oxide superfine powder was synthesized by glycine-nitrate method to prepare dense and oxygen-permeable ceramic coating with composition of SrFeCo0.5O3.25 + δ (SFC) .The results showed that the powder dispersibility Good sintering performance and negligible amount of residual carbon, which complies with the given stoichiometry.The phase structure, microstructure, conductance and oxygen permeability of SrFe Co0 .5O3.2 5 + δ ceramic membranes were investigated. The obtained SFC oxygen permeable membrane material has a higher oxygen permeability and is compared with the samples prepared by the conventional solid-phase reaction method.
