根据大兴安岭的具体条件,对兴安落叶松容器苗培育技术进行了研究.选择出了适于苗木生长,便于上山造林的简式蜂窝育苗纸容器;配制出适宜兴安落叶松苗木生长的培养基,即苗圃表土70%+新鲜锯末20%+腐熟人粪尿土8%+磷酸一铵(或二铵)2%,并获得相应的培养基理化性质;总结出塑料大棚内培育兴安落叶松容器苗的关键技术;提出了解决容器苗根系变形的新途径——碳酸铜化学修根.经碳酸铜处理后容器苗Ⅰ级侧根长度明显缩短,防止了根系变形.适宜的碳酸铜浓度(100~150g/L)可增加苗木根系中上层的新根表面积指数,提高苗木的根生长潜力,而且造林后能提高根系中上层新根数量.
