目的寻找对儿童哮喘具有较好临床疗效的中药方剂。方法运用临床随机对照的方法,中西药组51例在吸入舒利迭的同时,加用自拟中药益气补肾活血汤内服治疗儿童哮喘,并与单纯吸入舒利迭的西药组51例做对比观察。结果总有效率中西药组为96.08%,西药组为84.31%,中西药组临床疗效优于西药组(P<0.05);中西药组改善肺功能的作用优于西药组(P<0.01)。结论中药益气补肾活血汤治疗儿童哮喘疗效确切。
Objective To find a Chinese medicine prescription that has good clinical curative effect on children asthma. Methods Using the method of clinical randomized controlled study, 51 cases of Chinese and western medicine groups were treated with Chinese medicine Yiqi Bushen Huoxue Decoction orally, and 51 cases of western medicine with inhaled Seretide alone Observed. Results The total effective rate was 96.08% in western medicine group and 84.31% in western medicine group. The clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine group was better than western medicine group (P <0.05). The effect of Chinese medicine and western medicine group on improving lung function was better than Western medicine group (P <0.01). Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine Yiqi Bu Shenhuoxue Tang treatment of children with asthma is effective.
