[目的]了解杭州市上城区居民二次供水的污染状况,找出相应的防治对策。[方法]选取上城区2214个居民高层水箱,用灭菌玻璃瓶采集二次供水2214份,按《生活饮用水卫生规范》(2001)进行检验和评价。[结果]2214份水样中各项指标均合格的占总数的81.17%。有产权单位二次供水的微生物学指标合格率(总大肠菌群95.65%、细菌总数95.71%)明显高于产权不明单位二次供水(总大肠菌群90.11%、细菌总数94.48%),其中总大肠菌群二者差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。[结论]居民二次供水总体情况良好,主要不合格的指标为大肠菌群或者肉眼可见物。二次供水对人们日常生活的重要性也不容忽视。应积极有效的预防各种水污染,以防止介水传染病的暴发流行。
[Objective] To understand the pollution of secondary water supply of residents in Shangcheng District of Hangzhou and to find out the corresponding control measures. [Method] The 2214 high-rise water tanks in Shangcheng District were selected and 2214 secondary water supplies were collected with sterilized glass bottles. The test and evaluation were conducted according to “Sanitary Code of Domestic Drinking Water” (2001). [Result] All the indexes in 2214 samples were 81.17% of the total. The qualified rate (total coliform 95.65%, total bacterial count 95.71%) of secondary water supply with property right unit was significantly higher than that of the secondary water supply with total unit coliform group 90.11% and total bacteria 94.48% The differences of coliform bacteria between the two groups were statistically significant (P <0.05). [Conclusion] The residents’ secondary water supply is in good condition overall, and the main unqualified indicators are coliform bacteria or macroscopic matter. The importance of secondary water supply to people’s daily life should not be overlooked. All kinds of water pollution should be actively and effectively prevented to prevent outbreaks of water-borne infectious diseases.
