核岛屏蔽厂房通常采用钢板混凝土的结构形式,在屋顶上部设有进气口段,由于在结构形式上存有开孔,常会给后续有限元的计算分析带来困难。针对核岛屏蔽厂房抗震计算的需要,对进气口段采用等效弹性模量折减分层壳单元模型来进行模拟,从而在准确模拟钢板混凝土各层组合连接的基础上,近似模拟开孔对整个进气口段结构的影响。结果表明:该进气口段等效模型能够很好地解决进气口段开孔在结构形式上的分析困难,并且计算结果合理准确。
The nuclear island shielded plant usually adopts the structure form of steel plate concrete, and has the air inlet section in the upper part of the roof. Due to the existence of openings in the structure form, it often brings difficulties to the subsequent finite element calculation and analysis. Aim at the need of aseismic calculation of nuclear island shielded plant and simulate the delamination layered shell element model with equivalent elastic modulus in the inlet section, based on the accurate simulation of the combined connection of various layers of steel plate concrete, Impact on the structure of the entire air intake section. The results show that the equivalent model of the inlet section can well solve the structural analysis difficulties of the opening of the inlet section, and the calculation results are reasonable and accurate.
