随着市场经济的不断发展,医院也逐渐市场化、商业化,导致了复杂的医患矛盾,其主要原因在于当前医院在运营中普遍缺乏人文精神。因而,在医院文化建设中强化医学人文培育刻不容缓。医院工作人员是否具有较高的人文素质,直接关系到患者的满意程度和医院服务水平的高低。本文将对医学人文培育在医院文化建设中的作用进行研究分析,旨在给后续研究者以有益借鉴。
With the continuous development of market economy, hospitals are gradually marketized and commercialized, leading to complicated contradictions between doctors and patients. The main reason for this is that hospitals generally lack humanistic spirit in their operations. Therefore, in the hospital culture to strengthen medical and cultural development without delay. Whether hospital staff have high humane quality is directly related to the degree of patient satisfaction and the level of hospital services. This article will study and analyze the role of medical humanities cultivation in the hospital culture construction, aiming to provide reference for follow-up researchers.
