目利润空间受到挤压,造成了目前施工企业非常艰难的现状。要想改变这种局面,就必须扩大利润空间,在施工合同金额已经确定,找建设单位变更索赔也非常困难的情况下,降低工程成本尤其显得重要,就必须完善成本管理。为了获得更大的企业利润,企业务必要加强经济核算,努力控制成本,以低成本、短工期、符合设计要求的质量,达到提高效益的目的。本文分析了我国现阶段施工企业成本管理现状,探讨适合于施工企业施工成本控制的方法。
Headlines of profit squeezed, resulting in the current construction companies very difficult situation. If we want to change this situation, we must expand the profit margin. When the construction contract amount has been determined and it is very difficult for the construction unit to change the claim, it is particularly important to reduce the construction cost. Therefore, cost management must be improved. In order to obtain greater corporate profits, enterprises must strengthen economic accounting, strive to control costs, and achieve the purpose of improving efficiency with low-cost, short-term construction and quality in line with design requirements. This article analyzes the status quo of cost management of construction enterprises in our country and discusses the methods suitable for the construction cost control of construction enterprises.
