笔者自1991年采用Nd:YAG激光与化疗治疗表浅性膀胱癌,取得良好效果,现报告如下。1 临床资料1.1 一般资料:12例患者,男10例,女2例,最大72岁,最小33岁。12例患者均T_a、T_1原发或复发肿瘤,最大1cm×1cm2例,最多为4个,形态为乳头状,有蒂,肉眼观非浸润性,病理检查为移行细胞癌。1.2 方法:截石位排空膀胱、消毒后用2％利多卡因20ml缓慢注入尿道与膀胱,行粘膜麻醉,插入国产膀胱镜,用盐水充盈膀胱,观察肿瘤情况,插入操作镜,先行活检,再行激光照射,激光器导光束为4Fr的石英纤
