建立了一种快速测定生物油总酸含量的滴定方法。试验考察了生物油中醛、酮、酚等对分析结果的影响。结果表明,生物油的糠醛、乙酰丙酮、2-甲氧基苯酚等物质不会对滴定分析产生干扰作用。加标试验表明,乙酸的回收率为98.32%~101.9%,与GC-MS法相比,滴定法分析生物油的总酸含量更准确。该法用于生物油总酸含量测定时,具有很高的准确度,相对标准偏差为1.03%,可简便、灵敏地用于生物油总酸度的测定。
A rapid titration method was established to determine the total acid content of bio-oil. The effects of aldehydes, ketones and phenols in bio-oil on the analytical results were investigated. The results show that the bio-oil furfural, acetylacetone, 2-methoxy phenol and other substances will not interfere with the titration analysis. The spiked tests showed that the recovery of acetic acid was 98.32% ~ 101.9%. Compared with GC-MS method, the total acid content of bio-oil was more accurate by titration. The method is applied to the determination of total acid content of bio-oil with high accuracy and relative standard deviation of 1.03%. It can be used easily and sensitively for the determination of total acidity of bio-oil.
